Hey friends. I love this song by u2 and another favorite praise song of mine is entitled "yahweh" as well. Vicky Beeching's "yesterday, today, and forever" contains this name of our savior too. Recently, I've been thinking about reverence in worship. Did you know that many Jews will not even utter the name Yahweh, out of respect for God? Why do we no longer practice this as a church? Should we? I believe some people, when using this name, write it Y-H-W-H so that it may remain unspeakable. What do you think?
